Because of its multifunctional program we might call it an HYBRID building. It is located opening its emblematic shape towards the urban center of the village, reserving its more rural and restrained look to the relates developments that surround it.

This way the building shows its more figurative façade related to the small village settled around the church, and its tendency to abstract on the rear façade. Opened to the urban core and protected, like an emphatic volume fortress, to the open suburban spaces

Building conforms surrounding streets using its courtyard´s blind wall, resource widespread used in traditional settlements of La Mancha. Inside this wall hide “patios” settled opened-views to the offices, calm spaces for working as in turn they protect them from direct contact with the street.
